First, you'll start with a consultation with your acupuncturist, who will ask about your medical history and skincare goals.
Once you're on the table, the acupuncturist will place thin needles on specific points around your face and body to stimulate circulation and promote collagen production. A motor point is a specific location in the muscle where the nerves meet the muscle. When needled, the muscle will elicit a response and send a signal to the Central Nervous System.
